Class Coach Absence: We do our best to keep all classes running around coach emergency, illness or vacation. In
the instance where a substitute cannot be assigned, an extra class will be added on to the end of your session. Those
continuing enrollment will be prorated 1 week of the new session if the make-up occurs on week 1 of the new session.

Class Child Absence: Sick children who have a fever, running nose, upset stomach or cough will be sent home. If
your child needs medication to keep these symptoms under control, please keep your child home . We offer a generous
make-up policy, however gym credit or refund will not be given for illness or other absences. See our make-up policy
below.

Class Make-Up Policy: Your child may make up a maximum of 2 missed classes in an equal or lesser valued class or
public play within the same session. Absence on the last day of class is forfeited without continued enrollment. It is
member responsibility to obtain a make-up pass from your coach during your scheduled class time. Make-up passes will
not be issued outside of your class time. A make-up pass must be submitted for admission to your make-up class or
public play session. Lost passes will not be replaced. In no instance will child absence be prorated or refunded.

Attire: Participants must wear socks. Soft knit or nylon pants and a t-shirt are preferred attire for tumbling, climbing
and sliding. Even during warm months, we suggest light long pants for coving up in the play zone. Sports kids and
campers should bring clean sneakers for locomotor skills in the ball court.

Program Cancellation: Each class needs a minimum of 3 children enrolled for the program to run. You may add 35%
to the cost of tuition for a private class or 25% per student for a semi-private class. Other classes may be scheduled
inside the gym during a private lesson.

Child Participation Expectations: Children are expected to participate and stay with his/her class and follow the
direction of the coach. Coaches will ask a disruptive child to sit and observe the class until he/she is ready to participate
and follow the direction of the coach. If a child complies, a coach will keep it positive and not draw attention to the issue.
If a child is unwilling to comply, is unwilling to participate and/or is potentially harmful to self or others, a parent must
return to Rumble Tumble immediately to address the needs of the child. A parent or caretaker must stay on site until
child, parent and coach agree the child is able to participate and stay with his/her class and follow the direction of the
coach. Rumble Tumble reserves the right to terminate enrollment when it is believed to jeopardize the well being of
other children or the goals and expectations of our gym.

Daily Drop-Ins & Visitor Guests: Rumble Tumble will accommodate occasional daily drop-ins of its currently
registered members at the current class rate. Those who have not paid the lifetime member fee must pay the
non-member class rate. Siblings or friends who are not in a class MAY NOT play or tumble during our instruction time.
Those waiting in the gym must wait in the lounge chairs or may color in the party room as it is available with parental
supervision only. All children under age 3 must have a parent on site.
