Class Descriptions

Monkey Business Mommy/Daddy & Me Age 16 thru 30 months / 45 minute class
Your child will make new friends and gain social & physical confidence during a coach directed introduction to movement, music,
and play. Promote your toddler’s listening and language abilities during our circle time of songs, finger plays, puppetry, and
parachute fun. Shake your tambourine and join our class parade! This is a great way to connect with other parents and hold a
play date with the kiddies. Your child's budding motor development, social growth, and happiness are the only goals of this low
pressure fun class. 15 minutes of open play and explore upon arrival.

Rumble Tumble Tots Age 2½ thru 3½ / 1 hour class
This class is the start of an independent class with Mom or Dad on the sidelines. Children arrive and enjoy 15 minutes of free
exploration in the Rumble and Tumble zones. Class starts with a coach directed circle time with parachute fun, finger plays, and
movement to music. Take a ride on our scooter train and move through a tumbling lesson that includes a mat obstacle course,
balance beam, bars and trampoline games. For maximum thrills and activity, travel through the maze for a ride on the big slide!

Rumble Tumble Gym Age 3½ thru Kindergarten / 1 hour class
This class provides an introduction to fitness including a musical warm up, skill specific tumble course, gym games, trampoline
jumps, and a stretching yoga cool down. Skills are presented at just the right level to ensure fun and success. For maximum
thrills and activity, this class includes a time to get active in the Rumble Zone Maze.

2 Hour Clubhouse Morning
Our Most Popular Pre K & K Class! Age 3½ thru Kindergarten / 2 hour class
Join the club each week for 2 hours packed full of fun! Clubbers get the Rumble Tumble class workout, including basic tumbling,
fitness and play, as well as an interactive circle time of games and stories, a healthy snack from home and a favorite time for art
exploration. A perfect option for those desiring more of a preschool experience and extra time in the gym.

BOUNCERCISE Mixed Ages 4+ / 1 hour class
Each participant has his own 40” mini trampoline with stability bar for safe rebounding! The gentle up and down bouncing provides
a great cardio workout to strengthen the whole body and increase stamina while improving balance and muscle control. Three 10
minute bounce sequences to fun songs such as Michael Finnegan and Big Top Candy Mountain plus Swiss ball fitness. Gym
games and maze play round out this fun cardio class.

Play, Paint & Create Age 3½ thru Kindergarten / 1 hour class
Round out your gym and play program with an exciting art adventure. Kids learn to express themselves as they create works of
art with our endless array of fascinating materials. We will paint, draw, sculpt, and build our way through a year of art adventures!
Start your class with a time to play in the Rumble Zone Maze. Then it’s into the art studio for child directed open ended art

Little Cheer Gym Age 5 to 8 years / 1 hour class
Everyone’s Got the Fever! Everyone’s Got the Beat! It’s all very easy. Just move your hands and feet! Join the Rumble Tumble
HOT SHOTS for an intro to cheers, chants & poms! Join to learn many new cheers and chants, as well as new pom pom routine.
Learn all about cheer motions from High V to Touchdown and official techniques such as starting in diamonds, ending clean, and
proper cheer calls. This class is about growing strong through active participation, building confidence and having fun. Class cost
includes a team t-shirt.

Jump Rope Jive Grades 1-3 / Age 6 to 9 years / 1 hour class Bubble Gum, Bubble Gum In A Dish, How Much Jump
Roping Do You Wish? The old favorite has jumped back into the lives of our kids! We are in full swing with an hour of jumping
over, jumping in, speed jumping, and rhythmic rhyme jumping.
Fitness & Fun...Need we say more! JUMP IN!
